Event Description
This program is for adults (18+). Bring your mat and join us at the library for an hour-long morning yoga class! A professional instructor will lead us in a gentle yoga and breathing exercises for a range of abilities. Class space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your own yoga mat to class.
