Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound at our rejuvenating Sound Bath Experience. Let waves of crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, and chimes wash over you, melting away stress and restoring harmony to mind, body, and spirit. No experience necessary—suggested items to bring include: mat, pillow, blanket, water, eye cover. These are not required though, and you may sit in a chair if you'd prefer.
Perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, clarity, or a reset.
