Event Description

What is spirituality? Why do I need it? Author and retired VA psychotherapist Robert Johansson explores the differences between religion and spirituality. We will go over some history of mankind's quest for spirituality through the ages. We will discuss several different definitions of spirituality to consider. We will go over the four parts of being human: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, and why the last one is the most important of the four. You can then better decide your own approach to your spirituality, within or outside of religion.
