Heike—known as Yoga with Oma—is a 500‑hour trained Yoga Teacher living in the West Valley. Her true passion is sharing the benefits of yoga with her community. Chair Yoga, one of her specialties, is a gentle practice that allows adultsto stretch, strengthen, and breathe with ease while seated for support. It improves balance, flexibility, circulation, and joint health while reducing stress, offering a safe way to stay active and mobile.
