WIC is much more than food! We provide expert nutrition education and breastfeeding support. WIC also provides nutritious food packages and resource referrals. WIC is for families with children 0-4 years old as well as pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for those whose pregnancy has ended in the last 6 months. Stop by our table to receive a free downloadable cookbook, recipe videos, and more! Dads, grandparents, and legal caregivers of a child under age 5 are also encouraged to attend.
