Phoenix Art Museum docents present Yayoi Kusama: Rising Against All Odds. Step into the dazzling world of Yayoi Kusama, a true icon of contemporary art. Known for her hypnotic polka dots, immersive infinity rooms, and bold artistic vision, this extraordinary artist rose against all odds to leave an indelible mark on the art world. Registration needed. Adults.

Presenter Jumana Naber, a Phoenix Art Museum docent, was born and raised in Amman, Jordan. She grew up surrounded by the beauty of ancient architecture, vibrant embroidered textiles, mosaics, and ceramics that sparked her love for the arts. As a docent at the Phoenix Art Museum, she shares her love for art and culture with others. She's passionate about supporting women artists and using art to build bridges between cultures and communities.
