Step right up! Fantastic Fun Fair turns the Library into a mini carnival with four hands-on games kids love. Designed for easy participation, laughter, and positive reinforcement, this program keeps children engaged while celebrating summer reading fun. Balloon Twisters from Magic and Balloons will be available. For Families.
