Learn, taste, enjoy! Join Alana Yazzie, the author of The Modern Navajo Kitchen, as she discusses her cookbook and gives us a short history of Navajo culinary traditions which will provide the cultural context behind your new Navajo culinary experiences. Alana's greatest passion is developing innovative and approachable recipes that use Indigenous and Southwestern ingredients.
