Event Description
Enjoy a beginner-friendly Hatha yoga practice surrounded by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert! This all-levels class will offer a blend of mat-based and seated postures, mindful movement, and breathing practices designed to help you feel grounded, present, and connected.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, water, and any additional props you may like. The yoga will be practiced at the Amphitheatre, but in case of inclement weather, it will be moved inside.
