Event Description

Review the power of using both gratitude exercises and music to enhance our enjoyment and appreciation of life, and create more of what we want in our lives. Our thoughts are much more powerful than we recognize, and using these tools to improve our daily thinking can help to transform our experience of life. Presenter Robert Johansson provides several examples of ways to practice and use the power of these in a conscious and directed way to produce change in our lives.
